26th August 2008, Sydney, Australia: Medical Therapies received notification that the United States Patent and Trademark Office has granted the Company’s patent application titled “Agents Comprising Midkine or an Inhibitor Thereof as Active Ingredient”. The Company has now been formally issued with the patent which has been allocated the number 7,390,491.
